Will these socks shrink after washing?

No, our socks are made with quality materials that hold their shape well after washing. While a tiny bit of natural shrinkage may happen over time, they definitely won’t shrink down to a very small size. To keep them in the best condition, we suggest washing in cold or warm water and using a low-heat dryer setting.

Can I wash these socks in a washer or dryer?

Yes, the majority of our socks can safely go into both the washer and dryer. For styles with accessories attached (such as bows, charms, or other decorative pieces), we recommend placing them in a mesh laundry bag. This helps protect the socks and keeps the accessories from falling off.

What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.

Are any purchases final sale?

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Please allow 1 business day for order processing before shipping. While we strive to ship same day or next day, please note this processing time during busy weeks. The typical delivery time is 5 - 8 business days, depending on your location. Please allow extra time during busy seasons or due to factors like distance or natural disasters. Tracking information will be provided with every order.

What locations do you ship to?

We currently ship only within the US, but we plan to expand in the future! All orders are packaged and shipped promptly across the US, but delivery times may vary depending on your location. 

What do I do if my order is lost in the mail?

If your package is lost in transit or returned to us, please contact us! Once we do ship out orders and they have left our facility it is out of our hands BUT all orders are insured, so if a package is lost, we’ll send a replacement and provide new tracking, if possible.
